Ria is a final-year Psychotherapy and Counselling Student and qualified Yoga Teacher. Her approach is rooted in warmth, compassion, and a deep attunement to her clients. Ria’s passion lies in supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and find pathways to well-being.
Ria recognises the profound impact that early experiences have on how we relate to ourselves and others, and she creates a space where clients can feel safe to explore these dynamics. She sees the therapeutic relationship as a vital avenue for healing and transformation. Valuing the uniqueness of every client, she tailors her approach to each person and endeavours to foster meaningful and trusting connections.
Ria draws on evidence-based modalities including Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic-Interpersonal Therapy (PIT), Mentalisation-Based Therapy (MBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Ecotherapy.As an advocate for holistic health, Ria welcomes experiential and somatic processes as therapeutic tools to healing and encouraging the mind-body connection.She embraces diversity and is committed to supporting individuals from all walks of life.
