Our psychologists offer a range of psychological services, including (but not limited to):
Therapy for Individuals
No matter how difficult your problem is, you should never have to face it alone. Our psychologists will work collaboratively with you to develop your treatment goals. At Drop of Life, you are provided with a safe, confidential, non-judgemental environment to explore issues that may be concerning you. Using tailored evidence based therapies, our psychologists will teach you a broad range of coping skills and life strategies to assist you to better manage the challenges that life may be throwing your way.
Family Therapy
When life crises occur, a family approach is often what is needed. The goal is for the family members to have a safe place in therapy to share their experience. The family is guided to communicate in a safe and caring manner so that each member is valued. Our psychologists can help your family to manage a range of concerns associated with all stages of the lifespan, from children to grandparents.
Child and Youth Therapy
Drop of Life's services include individual, family and group therapy tailored for children and adolescents. Your child will work with an experienced Child and Youth Psychologist who can provide counselling, assessment and diagnostic services to children and adolescents. Through these therapies, our psychologists can help your child to address emotional issues, behavioural issues, social issues, mental disorders and other concerns that affect children and adolescents.
Some of our clinicians also use Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), which is an evidenced-based treatment for families that have children ages 2.5 - 7 with behavioural and/or emotional difficulties. PCIT therapists use live coaching to teach caregivers therapeutic skills to increase their child's positive behaviours and reduce negative behaviours through improving the parent-child relationship. Couples and Relationship Counselling
Many factors in life can put significant pressure on individuals and relationships. During different phases of our life different challenges arise and how we cope with these challenges often varies significantly between individuals. Some of the more common relationship issues that often require counselling include child rearing, communication issues, cultural differences, extra-marital affairs, family issues, financial stress and infidelity. Couples tend to seek out relationship counselling when they are finding it difficult to communicate and work through these issues. Couple's Counselling aims to assist couples to discuss differing points of view and to identify goals in a non-threatening environment. Our psychologists facilitate this unique process and to be directive, mediate, and offer strategic feedback.

Couples Marathon Weekends
Marathon Couples’ Therapy has become one of the most popular and successful approaches to helping couples through a relationship crisis. It is an approach that we would recommend for any couple presenting with significant relationship distress. Marathon Couples' Therapy is a specific type of therapy that is short-term and intensive. Its purpose is to move couples quickly through your current crisis or specific perpetual issue. It is not meant as an on-going, long-term time commitment. The process consists of 2 consecutive days of intense, structured, evidence-based couples’ therapy. CLICK HERE to check out Natalie's website for more information about the Couples Marathon Weekends.

Group Therapy
Group therapy can help you work through problems by interacting with one or more of our psychologists, and a group of individuals with similar struggles. In a safe, confidential setting, each group member can share personal experiences, feelings and issues and receive feedback and support from the rest of the group. Our psychologists run a number of group therapy programs each year. For more information, CLICK HERE.
Telehealth
All of our psychologists can also offer their sessions through Telehealth.
